HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
Our client, an established IT and Business Processes Outsourcing(BPO) solutions company providing solutions to businesses worldwide and with regional presence is looking for a vibrant, passionate individual to fill the position of Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will be joining their office in Nairobi.
DUTIES
The Human Resources Assistant will contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives and will assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties such as:
· Recruiting and staffing logistics;
· Performance management and improvement tracking systems;
· Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping;
· Assisting with employee relations;
· Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
· Company employee communication;
· Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping;
· Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and
· Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
· Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Qualifications
· A diploma in the field of human resource
· A first degree in social sciences will be an added advantage
· Must have at least two years experience in a similar position preferably in an IT or BPO company
