Summary
Our client a prestigious Guest House in Karen is looking to recruit a Front office clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an inventory of reservations and room assignments
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in front office/ Business Administration.
- At least 1 year Experience in the front office desk of a busy hospitality firm.
- Must possess good knowledge in French both spoken and written.
