Our client, a fast growing Property Development firm located in the suburbs of Westlands is looking for a highly enthusiastic and talented individual to fill the position of Marketing executive

Job Purpose

• To consolidate, build on and expand the company’s position in the property market by developing and implementing a professional, innovative and customer focused property marketing approach.
• Developing marketing strategies that will continue to expand the client bases of the company on either a regional, national or multi-national level. More so creating and implementing both long and short term marketing objectives that will meet the needs of the customer and increase market share
•   Developing and implementing a firm marketing plan, maximizing the potential of the company website as a marketing tool, Identifying opportunities for business development, networking and acting as a representative of the firm
• To manage the advertising budget

Academic Requirements

• Diploma in sales and marketing or in any business related field.
• A minimum of two years experience in marketing or brand management. Experience in the property management industry will be a plus.
• Registration with the relevant professional body e.g. CIM will  be an added advantage
• Must possess strong attention to detail and sales ability.
