RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Our client, a restaurant and recreational center in Uganda is looking to recruit three hotel supervisors
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensuring service workers respond to customers promptly and that customer waiting time is minimized
· Ensuring that staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.
· Inspecting grooming and attire of staff, and rectifying any deficiencies.
· Ensuring the maintenance of a certain appearance required by the eg hotel dress code, policies etc
· Promoting a helpful and courteous atmosphere to guests and co-workers.
· Ensuring service workers respond to customers promptly and that customer waiting time is minimized
· Addressing complaints from customers and also those from service workers under him
· Report important information to the general manager
· Should also have a general interest of working with people in the hotel industry.
· Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
· Should have at least a diploma in hotel management from a reputable organization
· At least two years experience as a restaurant supervisor in a busy restaurant
