GICC Villanova Hotel is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager (BM) to run the operations of the Company. Specifically, the BM will be required to carry out the following tasks:-

1) Provide managerial and administrative leadership to the Company;
2) Ensure that business agreed targets are met and the Company is run on sound management practices and in a profitable manner;
3) Develop and implement aggressive marketing strategies for the Company; and undertakes effective sales and customer retention and development initiatives,
4) Prospect for events through networks & partnerships;
5) Oversee the Company’s revenues and expenditures and develop systems for cash flow management and prepare aggregate recording and classification of expenditures, banking and petty cash functions;
6) Ensure that all financial records of the Company are kept up-to-date and well maintained into the Company’s Accounting System, using QuickBooks software;
7) Prepare timely financial reports in accordance with Uganda Companies Act, GICC procedures as determined by the Board of Directors; and
8) Perform human resources management functions and oversee workplace operations.
