COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE
Our client an international level provider and distributor of beverages (spirits, wine, mineral water, juices, syrup), sweets and cans. Is looking to recruit a Commercial Representative for their upcoming branch in Kenya
Job Summary:
The Commercial Representative will be responsible for expansion of the distribution network and appointing resellers within the region ,
Pushing sales and establishing a broader distribution network and Client management
Job Description:
The Commercial Sales Representative will perform all or some of the following Job description:
• Develops and retains a quality commercial client base within the region through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers
• Meet or exceeds established targets and goals
• Perform cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method
• Maintain the customer relationship and servicing the customer's needs throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct presentations on company commercial products and services, features and benefits
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
• Engage with the customer through the entire sales process to ensure successful transaction
• Active in professional organizations related to the FMCG industry
• Maintain customer profiles and weekly call report
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Ability to work as needed to get the job done, passionate about getting results
• Ability to maximize percent of time in front of customer
• Administrative tasks during non-sales time
• Ability to plan each sales call; conduct proper research regarding client targets
• Ability to maintain professional approach at all times and adhere to company policies

• Ability to demonstrate results on a on-going basis
• Ability to use information technology to save time
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of non-alcoholic drinks market in Kenya
Minimum Education Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
• 3yrs Proven sales experience in the FMCG Industry (preferable)
