Kencall Call Center is looking for individuals who are qualified to fill the position of Front Office / Receptionist.
The candidate should be highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and have a passion for success.

Role:
Handle all inquiries within capacity
Arrange "callbacks" to protect boss’s time
Greet, provide appropriate help to visitors, applicants, customers and vendors
Route calls elsewhere as needed
Do phone inquiries as needed
Assure discreet handling of all business
Screen to control interruptions
Provide back-up data as needed
Arrange amenities as needed
Reporting to administrator, take initiative in administrator’s absence.
Work on alternative Saturdays from 9am to 12.30pm.
Skills:
Computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Administrative Skills (Filling, Emails, Internet Research etc.)
Excellent communicator, helpful, and pleasant demeanor
Exceptional Typing Speeds of 35WPM, with 90% Accuracy
A crisp Clear Neutral Accent
Exceptional listening skills to local and international accents
Education Qualification:
A Diploma or Degree in a Business Related Field
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Front Office in a Fast Paced business environment, relating with people of different backgrounds, race, religion, nationalities,etc. |
